This ministry is coordinated by RD and Allie Moreland. This ministry is structured around discipleship while having fun. Children are encouraged to grow through a service that includes music, a bible lesson, and games.
Youth Group Meeting - Alpha Z
6-8 PM, 3rd Friday of each Month.
Jesus said "Let the little children come to me." One of Eastside Baptist Church’s primary goals is to lead children to Jesus. The Youth Group Alpha Z is a fun, up-beat program that includes a community service project, refreshments, Christian music, games and a bible lesson.
All ages up to18 years old are Welcome.
The program takes place in the Fellowship Hall, and Sanctuary with some games outside on the lawn. Activities may be scheduled and the church van utilized for transport. These will be advertised prior to the monthly meeting. Parent permission is required for any activity off site.
The group is coordinated by Shawn Sanders and Jessie Chudzik. Teachers include Michael Brock, RD Moreland, and Libby McNaron. Refreshments and project assistance are coordinated by our Hospitality Committee and chaperones including Christy, Linda, Annette, Billy, Beth, and Gail.
