Eastside Baptist Church was formed in 1984 just on the outskirts of Vernon, Florida. The church is well known for their missions, building relationships, and dedication to service. When we leave our doors, we enter our mission field.

• Sunday School 9:45 AM to 10:50 AM.
• Worship Service 11 AM Till.
• Wednesday Prayer and Studies 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Van Service Transportation Sunday School/Church or Wednesday night Study Group. Call Pastor to schedule pick up. (850)768-244 and leave message include date and address. 
• Cottage Prayer Service Last Sunday Evening of the Month. See Bulletin on Facebook for Dates/times.
• Women's Missionary Union Third Sunday of the Month.

• Food Pantry for special needs.

• One More Child Sponsorship and Mission Trips 
• Sponsor for The Blessing Box Ministry
• Operation Christmas Box
• Support for Ministries such as the Liberian Ministry, Navajo Ministry, Saving Grace, Lottie Moon, Pure Water and others as supported by the Southern Baptist Association.
• Mission opportunities both local, state, national, or international as they arise.

Our Minister of Music  Michael Brock

Michael is a lifelong resident of Vernon with over 30 years as a teacher in the Washington County School system.  He is affectionately known as Mr. Brock by all his former students.

Tenille Brock-Fielding

Tenille is a lifelong resident of Washington County and a 1994 graduate of Vernon High School.  The pastor likes to brag to people about her having one of the most beautiful voices he has ever heard.  Tenille is also very active in the Baptist Women's ministry and helps teach the adult Sunday School.

Our Secretary Gloria Brock

With many, many years of experience, she remains dedicated to the job of Secretary. Her gifts include singing, collecting funds, and the Sewing Ministry.

Cheryl Taylor Teaches Sunday School Youth.

Connie Bland  Teaches Children's Church and coordinates Vacation Bible School along with the Puppet Ministry.

Shelley Adams and Tenille Brock Teach Adult Sunday School.

Michael Brock  teaches Sunday School and works with the Youth Group Alpha Z.

Peggy Adams Teaches Adult Sunday School and coordinates the Operation Christmas box ministry.

Shawn Sanders Coordinates the Youth Group ALPHA Z meetings every 2nd Friday each month.
